The domain name https://wellbeingapp.in/, an internet-based portal and WellBeing mobile application, is operated by SWQA Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013. Your access or use of the Website, transactions, and Services (defined below) are governed by these Terms of Use and policies incorporated herein. These Terms form a binding contract between you ("User") and WellBeing.

By using the Website or availing Services, you signify acceptance of these Terms and our policies, including the Privacy Policy. Navigating to any third-party site via the Website subjects you to their respective terms.

The Website enables: (i) online consultations from independent doctors ("Medical Experts"); (ii) diagnostics via third-party labs ("Third Party Labs"); and (iii) advertisements from sponsors ("Third Party Advertisers"). These are collectively "Third Party Service Providers". The Website also shares wellness-related information ("Information Services"). Together, they constitute the “Services”.

Services are available to registered Users and visitors. WellBeing may send promotional content via email, notifications, or messages to facilitate the relationship with Third Party Service Providers.

You acknowledge that WellBeing acts solely as a platform for Users and Service Providers to interact. We are not party to or responsible for transactions between them.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and any policies at any time. Updates are effective upon posting. Continued use of the Website implies acceptance of changes. We commit to informing Users of such changes at least once annually.

You shall not modify the WellBeing Content or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the WellBeing Content in any way for any public or commercial purpose or for personal gain.

WellBeing authorizes You to view and access the content available on the Website solely for the purposes of availing the Services, such as visiting, using, ordering, receiving, delivering, and communicating only as per these Terms of Use.

By posting Content on or through Service, You represent and warrant that: (i) Content is yours (you own it) and/or you have the right to use it and the right to grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) that the posting of your Content on or through Service does not violate the rights of any person or entity.

WellBeing provides health-related content and facilitates consultations but does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. Our empanelled Medical Experts are independent contractors. Any information shared is for educational purposes only and should not replace professional advice.

12. Use of Data

Your health data is stored securely as part of your WellBeing profile. You consent to its collection, review, and communication as per our Privacy Policy. Users are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their data and their login credentials.

13. Payment of Fees

Accessing the Website is free. Any paid Services are clearly indicated, and payments are processed via third-party providers. WellBeing is not liable for issues arising from third-party transactions.

14. Error Reporting and Feedback

Feedback submitted to WellBeing will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You grant us a worldwide, perpetual license to use it freely.

We may link to third-party sites not operated by WellBeing. We assume no responsibility for their content or policies. Please review their terms before use.

It also describes the purposes for which we collect that personal information, the other parties with whom we may share it and the measures we take to protect the security of your data.
